I like the attitude of the front desk staff/receptionist. They are really helpful, especially the male manager of the front desk area. He is really kind, approachable, and always keeping his smile all throughout the day. Really professional. Thank you.

the hotel is very nice, even though some renovation might be needed. The executive lounge is very nice with a good service and the view is also awesome from there.

Me and my wife celebrated wedding anniversary. The staff was very responsive and pleasant. The facilities, the bed and the view were awesome. We were lucky to see snowy Batumi and the view from 10th floor was amazing

The staff is so friendly and cooperative. They checked me in earlier and also extended my checkout to make it convenient with my train. Facilities were amazing and it was an amazing vacation!

Everything was amazing from start to finish, staff are super friendly and hotel looks amazing and is very clean. Lobby, room and everything is so big. Casino area was amazing with good staff - dealers and waitresses were kind and friendly.
